Product Overview

Sermorelin is a synthetic analogue of growth hormone–releasing hormone (GHRH), made up of the first 29 amino acids of the naturally occurring hormone. In research, it is used to stimulate the pituitary gland’s natural release of growth hormone, making it valuable for studies on growth, metabolism, body composition, and age-related hormone decline.

Unlike secretagogues such as GHRP-2 or Ipamorelin, Sermorelin acts upstream in the hypothalamic–pituitary axis, supporting a natural pulse pattern of GH secretion rather than forcing constant release.
