Puratek Peptides stands behind the quality of our research peptides with batch-verified third-party Certificates of Analysis (COAs) provided for every product. To provide additional assurance, we offer the following limited guarantee:

Eligibility Requirements

  • The guarantee applies only to the original purchaser.

  • The product must be purchased directly from Puratek Peptides and not from any third-party reseller, marketplace, or secondary source.

  • The claim must be submitted within 30 calendar days of the delivery date (as shown on tracking).

  • Only one claim per order / per customer / per batch is permitted. Multiple claims on the same order or from the same customer/IP address/household/shipping address will be denied.

  • The product must remain in its original, unopened, sealed vial(s) with intact tamper-evident seals and labeling at the time of testing. Any opened, reconstituted, partially used, or tampered-with product voids the guarantee.

  • The independent third-party testing must be performed exclusively by one of the following reputable laboratories: Janoshik, Chromate, or Freedom Diagnostics. We reserve the right to verify the lab's credentials, reject results from any other source, and deny claims based on non-accepted labs.

Claim Process

Contact support@puratekpeptides.com within the 30-day window with:

  • Order number

  • Batch number (from your vial and our COA)

  • Full, unaltered lab report (PDF) from Janoshik, Chromate, or Freedom Diagnostics showing purity <98.5% (calculated as main peptide content excluding salts/water/impurities per standard methods)

  • Proof of testing payment/receipt (to confirm legitimacy)

  • Photos of the unopened vial(s) with visible batch number and seals

We will review the submission within 5–7 business days. If approved, we will issue a full refund of the product purchase price (excluding shipping, taxes, and any fees) to the original payment method.

Upon approval, you agree to return the remaining product (at our expense if requested) for our own verification testing. Failure to return when requested may result in denial or reversal of the refund.

Exclusions & Limitations

  • This guarantee does not cover degradation due to improper storage, handling, or shipping by the customer (e.g., exposure to heat/light/humidity after delivery).

  • It does not apply to natural batch variation within our stated ≥98.5% specification or minor impurities that do not affect overall purity below the threshold.

  • We reserve the right to deny or limit claims if we reasonably suspect fraud, abuse, or bad-faith use of the policy (including patterns of excessive claims, fake documentation, or coordinated activity).

  • In cases of suspected abuse, we may flag the account, restrict future purchases, or pursue recovery of refunded amounts.

  • This is a limited, voluntary guarantee and not a warranty. It does not affect statutory rights where applicable.

  • All sales remain "research use only" and final except under this specific policy.

Our Rights

We may update this policy at any time. Continued use of our site constitutes acceptance. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the guarantee for any customer or overall if abuse is detected.
